The Programme
Go from couch to 5K in 9 weeks
Led by Vicki, our Couch to 5K group follows the official NHS programme to take you from no running experience to running for 30 minutes non-stop. It's friendly, low-pressure and built for absolute beginners — you'll be surrounded by people in exactly the same boat as you.

- 9 weeks, from no running to 30 minutes non-stop
- 3 runs each week — we lead the first one as a group
- The other 2 runs are your homework (do them together!)
- Ideal for beginners — all paces, all abilities welcome
